I’m so glad we were able to meet because your such a breath of fresh air compared to the other catering companies I have used! You are a such a wonderful chef and a sweet person! All the guys here just love your food and they are pretty picky eaters! Your always on the ball and so great to work with! Thanks for all you have done for us here at Nortrax-John Deere.

I ate at Ferguson’s in Murfreesboro when you catered there customer appreciation lunch not long ago…I thought it was excellent all the way around. I especially enjoyed the southwestern style potato salad you served and wondered how I could buy some from you..Look forward to hearing from you.
